1. [Scheduled] Tab
Once a scheduled order is placed, it moves to the “Scheduled” tab.
A “Scheduled” label next to the buyer’s name helps to differentiate between normal ASAP delivery orders.
2. [Preparing] Tab
When the processing time begins
(i.e., the scheduled delivery start time), orders will move to the "Preparing" tab once a driver is assigned.
3.Order Settlement
Best Practices :
1. Always check the scheduled tab to ensure that you can prepare the items beforehand
2. If order cannot be fulfilled by the scheduled time, please cancel the order.
3. Chat with buyer if the order needs edits or replacement.
